Cheesecake in a jar, ready in 10 minutes (no cooking required)
This cheesecake is incredibly creamy, quick to make, and can be served in a glass – the perfect dessert for any occasion! 

(For 6 servings)
200 g dry butter biscuits (such as Petit Beurre) 
50 g melted butter 
500 g cream cheese (such as Philadelphia or Mascarpone) 
250 ml fresh cream (30% fat) 
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar 
1 bag of vanilla sugar (or vanillin) 
1 cup cherries or other fruit (frozen or frozen) 
2 tablespoons sugar 
1 teaspoon cornstarch (or potato starch) 
Pistachios or pieces of white chocolate for decoration.
