4. Salt and lemon dressing
Here's a test method to prevent binge eating:

In an oven dish, make a coarse layer of the 'dirty' marinade.

Add the zest of at least 5 lemons and mix well.

Add the lemon juice and mix again.

Bake for 20 minutes at 190°C (375°F), then reduce the temperature to 150°C (300°F) and bake for another 10 minutes.

Let it cool completely and store it in a glass churn.
Use this aromatic herb mix on simple dishes, pasta or rice cakes!
