Delicious tomatoes, even in the middle of winter, thanks to this age-old method.

Clean and sterilize the jars thoroughly.
Boil each jar for a few minutes to clean them.
Sterilize the lids by boiling them.
I prefer to use 1.5-liter jars.
Filling the jars:
Start with a clove of garlic at the bottom of each jar.
Add a few black peppercorns and any other spices.
Add the tomatoes and onions.
Add another clove of garlic and any other spices.
Continue filling the jars until they are full, finishing with the onions and spices.
Making the marinade:
Boil water and pour it into the jars, submerging the contents.
Close the jars tightly with the lids.
Let them sit for 15 minutes. Reheating:
After 15 minutes, strain the liquid from the jars into a saucepan.
