A colorful selection in the meat aisle.
That package of chicken in your shopping cart might tell a story you haven't noticed yet. One tray looks bright, almost pink. Another stands out with its intense yellow color. Cut straw. Similar. Seemingly different. It's natural to pause for a moment, and when you do, it signifies this contrast. Does one contain additives? Is the other more nutritious? Where does the color come from? Just the first, bright label?
It is surprising that the color of the chicken is retained and its quality certainly remains unclear.
