NOUGAT ICE CREAM
Who has any leftover Christmas nougat bars? I thought they were all gone…
Nought Ice Cream
400g of whole milk
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
400g of liquid cream
300 g nougat (soft) or Xixona nougat
1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and heat for 9 minutes at speed 90.
Transfer to a container or ice cube tray. Once cooled, place in the freezer for at least 8 hours.
2. After this time, add the frozen ice pieces (the size of a cube) and blend for 1 minute at speed 8, until you obtain a smooth consistency.
